I was wondering if you can/have tried to cut peek plastic such as this from McMaster-Carr
I need to cut 1/16 sheets and possibly the .010" film and was wondering if you would be able to cut this material.

We have cut PEEK film up to 0.010" in the past with decent results - the edges do char quite a bit but the parts still come out with smooth edges. We have not tried cutting 1/16″ PEEK before and I suspect that the edge quality for thicker sheets will be much worse than the 0.010" film edges. If you are interested in ordering a sample set of parts cut from 1/16" PEEK sheet, please feel free to submit a quote request.
