Does this product allow to add a prefix to data processed thru it to USB hub and MS Excel ?

Also when using these —

can the reader usb be plugged (wired) into CP2102 and CP2102 into usb hub, and then to laptop MS Excel

The USB RFID/NFC controller you linked has a USB interface, not a serial interface, so no, you cannot connect the USB RFID/NFC controller to the USB-to-Serial adapter.
