I have 2 Micro Maestro 6-Channel USB Servo Controller which I want to use in a project.It requires 12 channels and I have two 6ch controllers.So,can I control both the micro controllers the same time through one computer.

Yes, you can. You should connect both Maestros to the computer via USB. Then you can simply run two instances of the Maestro Control Center to control both of your servo controllers, or you can use the command-line utility UscCmd with its “–device” argument to specify which servo controller you want to command, or you can write your own software.
