hellow . i´m new in this forum i wonder if somebody could tell me if i colud aply 5 v to the
BlueSMiRF Silver - Bluetooth Modem or it has to be 3.3v only

Yes, 5V should work for that device. You can find the range of operating voltages for this product on its product page and under its “Specifications” tab.
