I want a cost feasible blocking diode, to be put in solar module junction box, for reverse voltage and current protection… Also bypass shading issues in a solar module…
I have tested with Schottky diode… but it is giving me a 0.5V loss… so there is lots of wattpeak loss…
So if you people can recommend any other diode in which there will be negligible voltage drop…
Consider N channel mosfet + Charge controller option, or any other option compared to schottky…
I want cost feasibility too…
Because as a solar module manufacturer, cost reduction is the important thing
