I am making a robot and need a embedded board like 1ghz CPU and 1go RAM minimum with 2 USB port 2.0 or 3.0. I need this one is a free hardware because i want to write from scratch its OS, so i need its datasheet.

I am not sure exactly what you are looking for, but we do not carry any open-source boards like that. You might find something with a Google search for “open-source Linux board”.
