I’m using one of your 5V regulators (D24V5F5) to power a board that also draws power from USB when that is connected. I know I do not want to have both voltages present at the same time. But if the input to the regulator is disconnected, is there any reason having the 5V from USB applied to its output would damage it?

We have not tested or characterized our regulators in this way, but I do not see any obvious problems with it.
By the way, we carry a TPS2113A Power Mux and a FPF1320 Power Mux that you might be interested in if you want to do power switching.
