Autonomous car scaled size

For an important educational project where students learn to simulate a car manufacturer and produce model cars as real 1:1 car, I’m looking for someone that help me to create an electronic that permits me, in parallel to drive a car programming the path or following a line or be driven with a wireless command from a remote cockpit with steering and pedals for throttle and brake.
The system must command 1 servo for steering, 1 servo for Esc and 2 servos for accessories like pump for brake system.
Other function like telemetry to know temperature, battery voltage, gps and so on are useful but can be added in asecond time.
Interface can be Raspberry or Arduino.
