Recently I created a programming shield for 10 different types of ATtiny chips that fit into the 85,84 and 4313 footprint. It is compatible with either an Arduino board or AVR programmer.
It also has a proto area, broken out sensor port and 2 LEDs for debugging. There is also a reset button on the board.
