I get a compiler error every time that I try to upload a sketch. I’ve selected the Pololu A-Star 32U4 Board in the menu and I can select the serial port. What do I need to do to upload?
After many hours of validating, reloading, etc., I reverted to Arduino 1.6.5 on my mackbook (10.7.5) and I can compile and upload. It’s nice to have a working Zuma 32U4!

Thank you for letting us know you got your system working. If you would like to troubleshoot the problem further, can you post a screen capture of the compiler error you are getting? Also, can you post the sketch you are trying to compile?
