Antenna Tracker

I am in a bit over my head and out of my comfort zone working on building an antenna tracker to track high altitude balloon flights. I am planning to stream live video from payload so need to keep yagi antenna point in right direction.

I have a six channel Maestro that I have verified works with my servos.

I am at a loss so far in how to get my APRS data to the controller to drive the servos.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Aaron

Hello, Aaron.

Unfortunately, the Maestro cannot read your APRS data directly. You will need to use another device (e.g. computer or microcontroller) that can receive and convert the data and send commands to the Maestro via its USB or TTL serial interface.
