Can someone please help me, by telling me the serial number the of IC Boost Converter from this Pololu Adjustable Boost Regulator 4-25V. Unfortunately I’ve managed to burn it and can’t read what is written on the IC.

We do not disclose the IC on that regulator. At the point your regulator IC has been damaged, other components probably have been damaged too, so you would probably be better off just getting a new one, or you might consider one of our heavier duty regulators, like something from our U3V70x or U3V50x families.
