I am looking for a device similar to the ACS715 but needs to be driven from a 3.3v PI. Anything with similar specs to the ACS715 that will give me 30v and 30 amps to a 3.3v drive. Even better if its got an I2c controller on it.

You might consider the ACS711EX Current Sensor Carrier, it is compatible with 3.3 V logic. Alternatively, you could use the sensor you linked to if you can supply it with 5 V logic and use a voltage divider on the output.
