Do any of the accelerometers have a tilt threshold setting?

Yes, you can set acceleration interrupt thresholds on most of our accelerometers. You can learn more about how to set those thresholds by looking inside the accelerometer’s datasheet, which we link to under the Resources tab of it’s product page. You can find an example by following this link.
