I was working with pololu 3pi. I tried programming it using AVRstudio 4.16. I was able to connect to 3pi by selecting STK500 as platform. Then I selected the device as ATmega328p and tried to read the signature. It was giving error. Also the power of 3pi was gone. I changed the batteries and tired to power it on but it is not powering up. Please help me out.When the power button is pressed the LEDS just binks and turns off.

Do you have anything else connected to the 3pi right now? Can you look to make sure you have the LCD plugged in correctly? Are you sure the batteries are fresh (or at least freshly charged)?
