Looking for an off the shelve DC-AC converter Input…9 Vdc supply, Output ( 9+Volt to 9-Volt square wave ) 60hz 15mA max . Or, an idea on a inexpensive circuit would also be appreciated. The 9+/- Volt square wave form is the objective. Thanks

Unfortunately, we do not have any DC-AC converters, and we do not have any specific suggestions for how to build one.

You can use a 555 timer IC to generate a square wave. Send the square wave signal to a transistor or MOSFET that can handle 15mA.
