I use MKS digital servos. Unfortunately, the servos vibrate automatically. I checked the pwm signal, it’s stable. The problem is power supply. I supply servomechanisms from a 30A laboratory power supply, so current is not a problem. What could be the reason? I attach the voltage waveform. Servomechanisms are connected to pololu maestro. On other drivers they work correctly.

Can you post a link or datasheet for the specific servo you are using and your Maestro settings file? You can save your settings file from the Maestro control center under the “File” menu.
Could you also post some pictures of your setup, including pictures showing where you were probing for the scope capture you posted?
