I read that I can replace firmware of servo controller PIC chips (Upgradable firmware under Feature summary of USB 16 servo version). I can’t find any firmware. Can someone comment and link me to some how to upgrade?

There have been no firmware upgrades or updates released for the USB 16 servo controller, so there is nothing to upgrade to.
