Preserve Custom Firmware for Micro Maestro USB Controller

Hi

I have a Micro Maestro 6-Channel USB Servo Controller containing a custom firmware.
Is there any way I can?
[ol]
[li] Download the custom firmware from board/chip to windows/linux/raspberry pi[/li]
[li] Preform a Hard Bootloader Reset[/li]
[li] Mess around with Maestro Control Center[/li]
[li] Upload firmware, saved at step 1, from windows/linux/raspberry pi to board/chip, and keep using custom firmware as intended.[/li][/ol]

If so, how may I do this, windows preferred?

Hello.

There is no way to get the firmware from the board like you described. You might try contacting your retailer to see if they can help you with that in some way.
