MD01B schematic: VCC and VIN reversed?

I was a little confused by the MD01B schematic https://www.pololu.com/picture/0J409.624.gif listed on the MD01B product page pololu.com/catalog/product/706

In the schematic, VIN is connected to pins 23,33,3,31 labelled VCC, so I think VIN and VCC are reversed, but I want to make sure.

They are not reversed. The name (Vcc) on the chip (the yellow box on the schematic) is the pin label that can be found on the VNH2SP30 datasheet. The net names, in red – that you say are reversed – correspond to the board labels. The +5 V (IN) line is connected to the VCC net, and the line labeled VIN (+) is connected to the VIN net.
