Hi.

That is a really broad question, so it is hard to give you any specific advice. I recommend reading through the “Serial Interface” section of the Maestro user’s guide, which you can find on the resources tab of each Maestro product page. The Pololu Maestro Servo Controller library for Arduino, which you can also find on the resources tab, would probably also be helpful.
