Maestro - Servos don’t work

Hi,

This is my first time with Maestro and I have made all connections following the Maestro guide.

I have no movement in my servos using the windows Maestro control panel. I am applying 6v to in input. The yellow led blinks slowly twice. But there is no movement .

Can anyone help?

Hello.

It is hard to tell where all of your connections are going for sure, but it looks like you are connecting your 6V input to the Maestro’s VIN and GND pins on the logic side of the board, and are not powering the servo power rail. Since you have the USB connection already powering the logic side of the Maestro, you can move your servo power connections to the BAT pins (which are labeled on the underside of the Maestro board). Please note that the square pin closer to the outer edge of the board is the ground connection and the center rail is the positive.

Thanks! That worked like a charm! I was connecting the power to Vin and not the battery rails.
