The Install was properly but the Green Led flashes briefly!

Hello,
Your LEDs seem to indicate you do not have a connection to your computer. When you have your Maestro connected to USB, do you see two entries under Ports (COM &LPT)? If not, can you try another USB cable and port? Please note, some USB cables are only intended for charging and do not have any data lines, so they will not work to connect a Maestro.
If you do see those entries, can you tell me if any other LED activity is happening?

i took a USB from a canon Photocamera. Is it possible that this my problem is?

An improper or damaged cable, or USB port, could certainly be the issue.
