I have bought a pololu md33926 module ( https://www.pololu.com/product/1212 ) and now I want to interface it with my computer but I am not able to figure out how to connect its pins with ‘USB to Serial converter Module’. Is there any way to know these connections???

The MC33926 Motor Driver Carrier board does not have a serial interface that you can use with your USB to Serial adapter. You could use a microcontroller with a USB interface to control that driver or one of our brushed DC motor controllers to directly interface with your computer.
