Ok sry for this post but there is one basic thing i need to know about building a robot. Lets say i have evertyhing on this page - https://www.pololu.com/products/pololu/0410/

How would on control this from a remote? Sorry for this question but i have no idea. So thanks for any help that you can give me.

Ok i have a picture

If i reaplced that robot controller board with this one would that be it? But if it which board would i use and how would i wire it up?
