I just want to know if you can add turning dials/knobs to the maestro circuit board instead of using a computer? If you can, would you share the site that has this. Thank you.

You can control servos using potentiometer inputs but you will still need to setup and program your Maestro using a computer. I recommend reading through the “Pololu Maestro Servo Controller User’s Guide”, which is located under the “Resources” tab of any Maestro product page. The guide has several example scripts for controlling servos using analog signals in the “Example Scripts” section.
