The #168 gear box has a 38.25:1 ratio the frame is a Universal plate cut in half:

Cool. Have you already included a controller like Arduino? Asking because I can’t see any.

The controller is the Tamiya #70268 Infra-red remote controller, you can program your TV remote to control the vehicle
