This motor is on Pololu’s site. Does anyone know the manufacturer? I am looking for the motor torque curves.

All of the information the manufacturer provides for that motor is already on the product page (the Specifications tab in particular); we do not have a torque curve for it. You can approximate a torque curve by assuming that the torque will vary linearly between zero at the free-run speed and the stall torque when stalled. Unfortunately, we are not disclosing the manufacturer of the motor.
