Greetings I would like to know why the N/C pins are connected, it is not supposed to leaved unconnected. Could this condition haver an impact in the driver?

The N.C. pins are not internally connected in the IC package. We have connected the N.C. pins in a way that optimizes current flow in the PCB design.
