30:1 Micro Metal Gearmotor HP are rated at 6V-9V,Will their be any decrease in efficiency /(shelf life) if they are used @ 3V?? (the speed will obviously be slow!)

Hello.

I am not sure exactly what you are asking about. In general, increasing the operating voltage reduces the life of a brushed DC motor, so I expect running it at a lower voltage will extend its lifespan and not decrease its efficiency.
